This townhouse is perfect for couples, friends getting away or families with older kids. It’s a spacious two-storey townhouse.

Plan a day at the beach, have a BBQ on the balcony or stroll out to our local restaurants and bars all without having to touch your car or worry about how you’re getting home. If staying in is more your style we have you covered with Smart TV-Netflix as well as a luxury Spa bath.

Space

Upstairs you'll find an ample open plan kitchen, dining, lounge room including a Smart TV and a comfortable balcony with BBQ. The Master bedroom and ensuite is also upstairs, this boasts a large shower and a separate Spa bath.

Downstairs you have a second living room with a Smart TV. You will also find two queen bedrooms and a second bathroom with a separate toilet. There is also a laundry with a washer and dryer for your use during your stay.

Access

If you rent the house for a group of 6 people, you have access to all areas. If you are just a couple, please only use the main bedroom and bathroom wth spa, as you are paying a lesser rate than a family, we would appreciate your consideration.

This house is a townhouse, it is the third of four houses. I manage house 2 and 3.

Bay Sands Apollo Bay

Bay Sands is probably the best Airbnb accommodation we have stayed at anywhere in the world. It is only 100m from a beautiful beach for swimming and 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants.
